I needed a tent so of course I bought solar lights for our front walk. They were on sale so it's ok.
When I got home from work we set up all eight of them and stuck them into the front gardens. We went out to check on them when it got dark, but they weren't on - they didn't have enough time to build up a charge.
We waited until the next night - again, they weren't on, I guess it's not dark enough for them to come on yet.
Last night - still nothing so I grabbed one of them and dissected it on the kitchen counter. We had been pretty good about removing all the tags to activate the batteries, but completely forgot about those pesky little on/off switches.
